Leala Johnson is a founding employee of the Minneapolis office, having helped open and scale AIM’s Minneapolis market from day one. She currently serves as the Director of Business Development of the Minneapolis team, and has experience working within both the delivery and client-facing arms of the business since starting in January 2014.
Leala is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota. She left the Twin Cities to obtain her undergraduate degree at SUNY Binghamton in New York, and then again to get her master’s degree from Northern Arizona University. However, (as the joke goes) like a true Minnesotan she made her way back home. Outside of work, Leala enjoys running and staying active, spending time with her husband, daughter and extended family, trips to the family cabin on Lake Mille Lacs, a good brunch, and traveling.
