CHICAGO, IL – FEBRUARY 24, 2022 – AIM Consulting, a leading technology consulting firm and Addison Group company, continues to grow its consulting practice with a new Director of Delivery Leadership, Janna Fichera. The organization continues to rapidly expand its consulting practice across its national markets.
With over 20 years of experience driving strategic initiatives that fuel innovation, maximize performance, and support scalability across a plethora of technologies in the commercial and federal government sectors, Fichera joins AIM from Vana Solutions, a digital consulting firm, where she served as Principal Vice President of Agile Delivery. During her time at Vana Solutions, Fichera built out their Agile Delivery Office and authored the epicAgile delivery playbook to provide teams the boots-on-the-ground tools, templates, and guidance on practicing Scrum or Kanban at the tactical level. Fichera has also worked with DragonSpears to transform their delivery model from waterfall to Agile. Her experience prior was in project delivery at several Chicago-area consultancies. She’s worked at many large-scale clients including the U.S. Air Force, Kraft Foods, The Chicago Board of Trade, Allstate, and Motorola.
Fichera earned a BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Her background is centered around operational efficiency, centers of excellence, and the application of Agile principles to software, product, and service delivery. As the Director of Delivery Leadership, Janna focuses on growing organizational capabilities that drive agility and fuel service delivery excellence.
