His career in technology spans over two decades, from founding and selling a technology startup to an enterprise architect, working across all industries, including healthcare, retail, finance, supply chain management, telecommunications, information technology, and manufacturing. With extensive experience in technical areas like modern application development, cloud computing, infrastructure as code (IaS), Salesforce/HealthCloud, big data/Hadoop/Spark, Java/Scala/Clojure, React/ReactNative, .NET, UI/UX, and Android/iOS.
With a life-long passion for technology, Thompson jumped headfirst into basic web design and self-taught C++ at an early age, creating a teenage business building websites for his father’s clients.
