Mike Mallahan is a dynamic delivery leader with 15+ years of consulting and delivery leadership experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industries. Mike brings expertise in leading companies through substantial growth cycles, designing and streamlining service delivery processes, advancing consulting methodologies for enhanced client experiences, training leaders, and improving profitability. He is obsessed with customer service and is focused on building a culture where customers’ needs are met or exceeded in an environment where employees thrive.
Prior to AIM, Mike was Vice President and innovation lead for the global management consulting firm iSoftStone. He has also held director positions at both Akona Consulting and CGI Consulting. Mike holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and active board member of CougsFirst. Mike is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, climbing, skiing, golfing, and off-road motorcycles. When he is not at work you will find him in Eastern Washington enjoying the sunshine and river at his cabin in Cle Elum.
