As the Director of Sales, Peter Brosseau brings over 15 years of experience in delivering customer-focused solutions, including over 10 years with AIM Consulting. Peter is a true mentor for the sales organization, focused on building positive teams through engaging team building and leadership development. Helping to build AIM’s culture into what it is today. Peter’s customer-centric, servant-type approach concentrates on good service first, building up others, and achieving as a successful team rather than individually. Education is key to resolutions, creating relationships, and being an advisor for finding a solution, rather than selling. His philosophy has created brand loyalty and expansion for the AIM team as customers and partners return to work with Peter and the team he mentors.
Peters’s start in sales was for the Seattle branch of Caterpillar/NC Machinery. Peter was recruited by the original owners of AIM, Kyle Guilford, and Bill VanSickle, to uplift the sales team and foster the AIM culture.
Born in Highland Falls, NY, he moved to the PNW at a young age and currently calls North Bend, WA home. Peter graduated from Eastern WA University with a Bachelor in Education. After graduation, he pursued a career in the outdoors, becoming a professional mountain climbing guide and ski patroller. When he is not providing solutions for his clients, you can find him mountain biking, skiing, fly fishing, and anything that keeps him in the mountains with his wife Angie of 15 years, three kids, and two dogs (Henry the bulldog, Luna the Newfoundland).
